SURVEY MANAGEMENT

Here at Havoc Systems, we support first responders in a scalable platform. Whether it’s one person or 100, the SmartResponder® App can gather data from the field, transmit it back to Incident Command, sort it on the spot, and make it available to decision makers as the event unfolds. Havoc Systems utilizes UAVs (drones) to provide Live Broadcasts for Incident Command during an event to help in the decision making process. We provide systematic mapping of areas during these events so commanders know how a spill may be moving, if clean-up efforts are effective, or where to allocate resources.

Hourglass data reporting

SmartResponder® is a proprietary software platform that allows for Real Time Data collection from the field via smartphones and drones. This scalable software allows any number of people to gather data and send it to one location where it can be sorted, viewed, and sent out in an organized manner. The Hourglass Data collection system is timely, accurate and speeds up in the decision-making process. It provides the tools to Incident Commanders to understand a situation and help make informed resolutions. Because SmartResponder® is a web-based system, it can be set up to be used by anyone, in any location, with an internet connection. Data is stored in a way that can used for reports, and provides a library of information that can be sent to other agencies, media outlets or responders. With this tool being both web and app-based, it can be learned quickly, scaled efficiently, and used in a cost-effective manner.

INCIDENT COMMAND Center

Havoc Systems can provide live streaming video and data from events to anyone with a browser and internet connection. It is password protected and can be archived for reporting and further review. This provides up-to-date information to understand situations as they unfold, and lets commanders make better decisions based on current and accurate information.
